Reservations require a 50% deposit payment. The balance is due 180 days before motorcycle pick up. Guided tour payments are 70% cancellation-refundable up to 120 days before motorcycle pick up; 50% refundable up to 90 days before motorcycle pick up; non-refundable thereafter.

International customers should plan to arrive (at least) twenty-four hours before motorcycle pickup.
